Ride Don't Hide 2019

June 23rd, 6:45 am -12:00 pm

Description:

Ride Don’t Hide is a nation-wide fundraising bike ride that gives thousands of people across Canada the opportunity to connect—to their own mental health, to each other and to their broader communities, while raising the critical funds that support CMHA programs in their own community that help Canadians take care of our mental health.

More importantly it gives community members a place to come and share and talk and engage in mental health awareness and conversations.
